1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Creator Growth Engine ("the Service"), operated at biggernumberbetterperson.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Creator Growth Engine is a creator analytics dashboard that connects to third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) via their official APIs to display growth metrics, content performance, and algorithm scoring. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes.

3. Account & Authentication

You sign in using third-party OAuth providers (Google, Meta, TikTok). You are responsible for the security of your accounts on those platforms. We do not store your passwords. By connecting a platform, you authorize us to access your public profile data and analytics via that platform's API, subject to the permissions you grant during sign-in.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the Service outside of its intended interface
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising the Service are owned by Mutiny Motors LLC. Your analytics data remains yours. We claim no ownership over data retrieved from third-party platforms on your behalf.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with YouTube (Google), Instagram (Meta), and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect the Service's functionality.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of analytics data, algorithm scores, or growth projections. These are estimates based on available data and should not be relied upon as definitive metrics.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mutiny Motors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and signing out.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
